Curated personally by MPJ from Yeola, Maharashtra.

Yeola Paithanis are woven in the historic town of Yeola, renowned for its rich tradition of Paithani weaving. At MPJ, we work closely with weavers in Yeola to curate distinctive Paithanis with exceptional color combinations and timeless craftsmanship.

This particular Paithani was personally curated by MPJ from hundreds of sarees at one of Yeola’s established weaving houses. It was chosen for its lustrous 3-ply pure silk yarn, exquisite color combination, graceful drape, and the unmistakable magic it creates when worn.

Fabric: 3-Ply Premium Pure Mulberry Silk

Zari: Golden, tested zari

Weaving: Handloom woven using the enduring Kadhua technique

Color & Motifs: A luminous light parrot green-yellow body is beautifully contrasted with a dual-tone pink border featuring the traditional Narali-Kaath Paithani design. The pallu, set against a rich orange base, is woven in golden zari and showcases the traditional handwoven Karanje (fountain) motif, complemented by delicate paisley buttas.

Includes: Running blouse fabric in the same light parrot green-yellow, with the saree borders continued along both sides of the blouse fabric.

An heirloom Paithani, personally selected by MPJ for the beauty that cannot be fully captured in a photograph—but we tried—the way the silk moves, drapes, and comes even more alive when worn..

Our collection is hand-selected and we only offer one saree of each kind.
