Cancellations have to be done within 4 hours of the order or before the product is shipped (whichever is sooner). Cancellations post that are not permitted and will go through the return route in that case.

100% refund will be processed within 1-2 days through the same payment method.
Return and Refund policy

Returns are accepted only if the product has damage. Each of our products undergoes a quality check before we ship.

If you receive any damaged products, contact us within 24 hours after delivery, by emailing us at celebrationsbympj@gmail.com with photos/videos of the damages.

Variations in color and handloom weaving imperfections are not considered as damages to the product.

Our sarees undergo steam or wooden polishing. This process involves finely pinning the sarees at either end and polishing so they're ready for you to wear. This pinning is incredibly fine and unnoticeable and not considered as damage to the product.

We will grant returns and refunds at our discretion after reviewing claimed damages.

Items should be returned unused and unwashed.

Product should have original fold, original packaging, and original tags in place.

Refund process will initiate after we receive the product and will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.

The amount corresponding to the product price will be refunded through the same payment method used while purchasing the product after deducting 10% as restocking fees.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
