Gadwal sarees are a handloom woven saree from Gadwal in the Indian state of Telangana. They are a beautiful and ornate part of India’s rich textile and cultural heritage. A Gadwal saree is known for its rich look, brilliant colors and sophisticated zari work. Gadwal sarees can lean traditional or modern, but either way are a worthwhile addition to your saree collection.

Fabric:  Pure Mulberry Silk. Gold Zari. 

Weaving: Handloom weaving enduring all over kadhua butta and exquisite floral jal on border.

Color: Lavender with all over gold zari butta. Ganga-Jamuna zari border in maroon and red. Pallu is in red with golden zari meena kari work and is accentuated with alternating red and purple tassels.

Includes: Saree comes with contrast blouse fabric in red with ganga-jamuna border. Picture attached.
