Orchid Purple Hand Painted Batik Handloom Pure Silk Saree

This saree has hand painted and Batik work. The Batik handcraft is one of the oldest methods of dyeing where wax-resistant dye is applied to the whole cloth. This saree is reminiscent of a lotus garden. On a base of orchid purple, lotus pads and lotuses cover the saree and paint a glorious picture on the pallu. The pallu features white cranes walking and flying among the scenery. This saree combines multiple handcrafts and is truly a masterpiece.  

Fabric:  Pure Mulberry Silk

Weaving: Handloom

Color and craft: Orchid purple, multicolor with periwinkle border. 

Includes: Saree comes with blouse fabric in orchid purple with handpainted lotuses on it.
